We had a leak in our roof the prior homeowners neglected for a good long while that was found by the inspector. In order to purchase the house, the roof needed to be replaced and damage repaired. It didn’t take long for the Steve to come down, look at the roof and identify that the leak came from a poorly installed flashing, which was improperly sealed with caulk as a bandaid. Steve was quickly able to not only identify the problem and solution, but quote us on the replacement of the sub-sheeting and full roof replacement as well. It didn’t take them as long as we anticipated to replace the roof, giving us the ability to close on the sale when it was scheduled.
Steve and his team are very knowledgeable, straightforward and have the experience to get it done, and done right. My wife and I are very appreciative of the extra time it took to prevent repeat problems with our roof. They definitely have a repeat customer with me.
